Day 264 – The Promise Land

Before I introduce myself, let me first get my rant over about how professionals sell the idea of making millions of dollars on the internet and give us some much BS in their e-mail about how many yachts they have and photos of them stepping off a helicopter in designer jeans. Me, if you took my marketing efforts to date, I would look like that zombie from Dawn of the Dead who comes out for food while the helicopter blades are spinning and gets his head chopped off for walking too slow. Plus my designer Jeans would come from Wal-Mart or ASDA.

There is such a minefield of information and the ‘fact’ of making millions draws me to the conclusion that there are others out there trying to make a few pennies.

Let’s get the introductions over with, and then we can say that we slept together and know each other very well. My name is Clive; I run an eBay business as well as my own website. I own a few thousand e-mails about on line marketing and affiliate programs. I’m also not proud of spending a few weeks placing AD’s all over the place trying to promote affiliate programmes and my Google ADSENSE (ABSENCE) account is currently 0.00.

Now I should really give up and go back to selling stuff I know about, but then again I’ve been tempted to make millions by a number of ‘PROs’ and not people of the night (saying women of the night is not politically correct and that statement would probably leave out the men of the night and not to forget the animal rights, cats of the night etc). Anyway I digress; Pro’s like Chris Carpenter who promotes Google Cash Detective software and training program, more about the program in another blog.

Chris, bless his cotton socks, sends me an e-mail once a night from his home in Mexico. I know it’s an automated e-mail but it does have my name in it, so it’ really feels like its personal. Chris states;

‘Hi Clive, If you are intelligently skeptical, you might be thinking, "Why on earth would this guy share his knowledge with me?"

You mind reader you. Don’t get me wrong I like getting e-mails from Chris and love his videos of him answering questions from people like me while he’s on the beach and his dog is barking in the back-ground board to tears and wants to go home for his doggy food (you have to see the video to see what I’m on about)
